REMOVING IEP ROADBLOCKS

Roadblock removing skills include sharing (1) Understanding of regulations under IDEA and ESSA Acts; (2) Special education eligibility criteria for autism, dyslexia, developmental delay, intellectual disability, specific learning disability, ADHD and emotional disability; (3) IDEA vs 504 regulations, (4)How to organize data to attain services and to monitor your child’s reading, math and other academic skill progress.

COSTS

An initial 30 minute call to see if can help is free. Initial Intake plan fee is $250. That includes: record review, an extended intake meeting to learn more about what is going on at school; attendance at the first school meeting either child find, eligibility, or iep gaosl writing and plannning emails or phone conversations we may have had prior to that meeting. Further meetings or consults are billed at a rate of $90 per hour; Hearing or court testimony if needed is billed at a rate $125 per hour.
